Delivery times Cannot Be Scheduled/Guaranteed! The 10:00AM posted time is for system reference only and Does NOT denote exact time of delivery. We always strive to do our best to deliver rentals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Listed rates are calculated with this in mind.
** Multi Day Rentals: are determined by the day(s) bikes are in your possession:*
  • Day of Delivery is Day 1 of your rental, regardless of delivery time.
  • The Day of return/collection is counted as the last "day" in your rental, unless selecting a "Weekly" rate.
  • Please call to schedule 1-Day and Same Day rentals. - Not Available Online
"Weekly" rental duration's are for a morning return time [8:00AM]ONLY for special pricing. Example: Saturday to the following Saturday 8am.
When Delivery cannot be guaranteed:
  • Weekends All Year (Saturday - Monday)
  • Peek summer months (May-August)
  • Holiday/special event weeks.

Most deliveries are received between 10AM and 7PM on the day of delivery.
We do our best to inform you, the customer, of this variance in delivery times and do not provide credits/refunds based on time of delivery. Customers who wish to guarantee bikes be present by specific times should let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate or adjust the rental accordingly.

Delivery orders with a morning return are asked to have bikes available for pickup by 8:00AM or 3:00PM if you select an evening return. For store returns, we ask that bikes are returned to our shop by noon(12PM) on the last day of your rental, or before closing if returning in the afternoon. To avoid additional fees, please notify us if you have a change in plans!
